The family tried to ignore him. He left \u2014 then came back minutes later wearing body armor and carrying an AR-15-style rifle, and opened fire. A family member \u2014 a Marine veteran \u2014 shot back, and Kinzer was the only one injured. He was arrested, charged only with aggravated assault, and released on a $5,000 bond.
