In New Jersey, Belleville&#8217;s mayor rescheduled fireworks all the way to next year. Annapolis, Maryland canceled its parade and a Naval Academy band performance. Philadelphia canceled its parade over extreme heat and later halted its Unity Concert mid-show due to incoming storms.
