Genesis 10:6-10, “
The Hamites
6 The sons of Ham:
7 The sons of Cush:
Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah and Sabteka.
The sons of Raamah:
8 Cush was the father[a] of Nimrod, who became a mighty warrior on the earth. 9 He was a mighty hunter before the Lord; that is why it is said, “Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the Lord.” 10 The first centers of his kingdom were Babylon, Uruk, Akkad and Kalneh, in[b] Shinar.[c]“

This source confirms much of what God has blessed us to already state on this website.
It is important to note that Chaldea was indeed called Ethiopia at one point, which adds another layer of context to Tacitus’ statement.
It is important to note that Chaldea is where Abraham came from, so Chaldea most likely originally being heavily populated by black peoples supports the idea that he was indeed a black man.
This source aligns with Genesis 10:6-10 because this source shows that there were ancient Hamitic kingdoms in both Africa and the ancient near east (ANE). Cush descended from Ham, Cush bore Nimrod, and Nimrod founded Babylon and Accadians (both of which are in the ancient near east). This is important because Abraham came from Chaldea which was located in Babylonia.
If one accepts that a part of Shem’s land is in Africa, the Dahomey are of the tribe of Dan, and the Danaids were of the tribe of Dan, then the ancient Libyan Amazons were a mixture of Shemitic-Hamitic women and Dahomey Amazons are of the tribe of Dan.
