Introduction To Israelite History was designed with the goal of helping students develop a strong foundation and understanding of Biblical people, their origin, and their importance to the Biblical narrative. This course is essential for those seeking to get into ministry or apologetics.
Course Syllabus
This is an ASYNCHRONOUS ONLINE course, which means that there will be no scheduled class times. All lectures are pre-recorded and you are free to complete lessons at your own pace. There are a total of 8 Modules in this course. In order to unlock the next Module, you must pass the previous Module’s quiz. Example: Module 2 will not unlock until you have successfully passed the Module 1 Quiz with a score of 85% or higher.

Course Description
This course is an overview of Old Testament genealogy starting with Adam and ending with the twelve Tribes of Israel. There is a strong focus on understanding the genealogical history of Genesis. As such, this course does not address scriptural interpretation, doctrine outside of genealogy, or other matters of a theological nature outside of the existence of God and the concept of a chosen lineage.

- Differentiate between Hebrews and Israelites.

Exams
There is an exam at the end of each section. You will need to score at least 85% to pass the test. In order to pass this course, you must score an 85% average on all tests combined.
Grading
BHITBU operates on a pass or fail principle. If you score 85% or above on a quiz, you pass. Anything below 85% is considered a failing grade. You may retake a quiz as many times as you need to.
