Believe it or not, there are lots of benefits to being an instructor on a virtual campus offering free courses. Here are just a few.

Minimal Time Commitment – The majority of your time will be spent creating your course. After your course is complete, you will only need to maintain and update your course.

Extra Income – Instructors teach at BHITBU on a volunteer basis, but that doesn’t mean you don’t get paid. After students complete a course, they are asked to make a donation directly to the teacher and to BHITBU. Students decide how much value they got out of the course, and donate accordingly. 100% of the money sent to you is yours to keep. We do not take a cut.

Help Your Community – Passing your knowledge on to present and future generations is the key to building a stronger community.

Increase Your Social Media Presence – The more students that take your course, the more exposure you get for yourself, if that is your goal. The BHITB Virtual Museum receives 20,000+ visitors per month, many of which will attend at least one free course here at BHITBU.

Increase Your Credibility – Teaching a highly reviewed course will increase your credibility, while growing your audience at the same time.
