African Americans have long been tolerated within Evangelical White Christian circles because of their willingness to ignore the thinly veiled hate that is constantly shown to them. "Sing in the choir and shut up", "Usher and shut up", "Be a mega church parking lot attendant and shut up". The rubber has met the road. Who will sit and hum Kumbaya and who will finally free themselves?
