
1747 Map of The Kingdom of Judah In Africa
This map was created in 1747 by English cartographer Emmanuel Bowen as part of a collection. He was a renowned map maker with a reputation for being accurate. Here on his map of Negroland (Africa), he notes "The Kingdom of Juda" as the "The Slave Coast".

The reason Judah fled into Africa was to escape invading armies. Their enslavement by people in slave ships was a fulfillment of the following prophecy:
