We do not get too many details about Amram, but we do get one.

“And the sons of Kohath; Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel: and the years of the life of Kohath were an hundred thirty and three years.” – Exodus 6:18

Kohath was the son of Levi (Genesis 46:11), which would make Amram Levi’s grandson. This is a unique situation because all three of his children (Miriam, Aaron, and Moses) are also the grandchildren of Levi through his daughter Jochebed. Jochebed being the daughter of Levi presents one of the few cases in which a nephew marries his aunt.
