👑 Shalum and Blessings Myshpacha 👑 What is Yom Teruah—the Feast of Trumpets—and why did YAHUAH command His people to observe this appointed time?
In this powerful Scripture study, we uncover the biblical meaning of Yom Teruah, also known as the Day of Trumpets or Feast of Trumpets, and examine why the sounding of the trumpet carries such tremendous significance throughout Scripture.
Yom Teruah is much more than another feast on a Hebrew calendar. The trumpet was associated with gathering the assembly, sounding an alarm, preparing for battle, announcing appointed times, and calling YAHUAH’s people to attention.
📖 Leviticus 23:23–25 declares:
“In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.”
But what exactly are we supposed to remember?
Why did YAHUAH establish a memorial of trumpet blowing?
What did the trumpet mean to ancient Israel?
And could understanding Yom Teruah help us better understand the prophetic trumpet imagery found throughout the Scriptures?
In this teaching we will examine:
What Yom Teruah actually means
The Torah instructions concerning the Feast of Trumpets
Why YAHUAH commanded Israel to blow trumpets
The significance of the seventh month
Trumpets as signals for gathering, warning, war, and worship
The difference between biblical commands and later traditions
Yom Teruah’s place among YAHUAH’s appointed times
The prophetic significance of trumpets throughout Scripture
The connection between trumpets, judgment, gathering, and the Kingdom
What believers should understand about this appointed time today
📖 Numbers 10:9
“And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets…”
📖 Joel 2:1
“Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain…”
Mishpachah, we must return to the Scriptures and understand YAHUAH’s appointed times according to His Word rather than simply inheriting religious traditions.
This teaching is for those seeking to understand the Torah, biblical feast days, Yom Teruah, Feast of Trumpets, Hebrew calendar, appointed times of YAHUAH, Israel, prophecy, and the last days.
🔥 Watch until the end and examine every Scripture for yourself.
